News and Events

Hi All,

As many of you know we have continued our pastor search over the last several months and after reviewing many candidates, we are currently in discussion with a potential candidate the entire PNC has felt very positive about. His name is Brad Vander Waal and he is currently a family pastor at a church in Midland, Michigan. Brad is originally from Pella, Iowa and his wife is from the Mankato area. They have 3 children (14, 12, 7 year olds). We've had a few interviews with Brad and have been impressed and feel good so far about the fit...enough that Brad and his family have accepted our invite to come visit with us this weekend to tour the area and meet the PNC/Session. Brad will also be attending our 9am service this Sunday and we hope you can make the service so as many as possible have a chance to say hi and greet him and his family. Note: he will not be preaching this Sunday, just attending.

We hope to have a great visit with Brad and his family this weekend and that our interest in Brad and his interest in us continues to the next step!

Thanks,

Tony Kramer on behalf of the PNC

    Sunday School

We will have Sunday school each Sunday the month of September with the exception of Labor Day weekend.
I hope you all had a great summer and enjoyed some fun quality time with your families. I am so excited to get back to Sunday school and seeing all the kiddos each week. We will continue with the same structure as last year, with Sunday school being held during church, right after the children’s sermon each week. Please watch the church calendar as there will be no Sunday school some weeks due to MEA, or other scheduling conflicts throughout the year. All ages willing and able to participate are welcome to join. Sunday school will begin Sunday, September 12th.
    Looking forward to it!
